The Reset Room is a guided experience built from the Reset Method.
It is designed to help your body begin to settle by working directly with the patterns it has been holding throughout the day.
We begin with subtle, physical awareness. Small, intentional shifts that allow your body to recognize it is safe to let go.
From there, guided NLP and ICF-based coaching is layered in to help uncover and shift the deeper patterns connected to what you are experiencing.

This is not about learning techniques. It is about experiencing a shift while you are in the room.
