The Hidden Patterns of Stress A Reset Room Experience

Lately, I’ve been noticing something.

There are a lot of spaces where you can talk about stress.
A lot of places where you can learn about it.
A lot of tools to try, techniques to practice, strategies to remember.

But there are very few places where you can simply come in…
and let your body begin to settle.

No explaining.
No performing.
No trying to figure it out.

And the more I noticed that, the more it became clear
this kind of space isn’t just rare.
It’s missing.

So I decided to create it.
The Reset Room is a live, guided experience designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Not by asking you to process everything.
Not by asking you to share your story.
But by gently working with what your body is already holding
so it can begin to release it.

This is not a support group.
You won’t be asked to speak.
You won’t be put on the spot.

You can join anonymously.
You can keep your camera off.

You don’t have to do anything except arrive.
Inside the Reset Room, I’ll guide you through a simple, structured experience:

A short, relatable moment
A few gentle, body-based shifts
And space to let your system settle

Nothing complicated.
Nothing you have to “get right.”

Just a way to begin coming out of that constant state of “on.”

This work comes from the same approach I use in coaching where we’re not just talking through stress or trying to think our way out of it,
but actually working with what’s happening in the body in real time.
This is simply a place to experience that.

To keep the space intentional, I’m keeping this first session small.

And as I build this out, it will become a paid experience but for now, I’m opening complimentary spots.

What This Is Becoming

This is the first version of the Reset Room.
The foundation is intentional.
The structure is there.

But I’m not looking to lock this into something rigid.

Because this kind of work doesn’t come from a fixed format it comes from what people are carrying, what they need, and what begins to shift when they’re given the right space.

So I’m allowing this to grow.
To deepen.
To evolve into what it’s meant to be.

And the people who step into this early, the ones who feel the pull to be here now
are the ones who will help shape what this becomes.

Not by needing to give feedback or perform in any way but simply by showing up, experiencing it, and allowing the work to unfold.

There’s something meaningful about being part of something at the beginning.
And if that resonates with you, I’d love to have you in the room.

If you’ve been feeling like your body doesn’t fully come down at the end of the day…
or you just want to experience what it feels like to let it
you’re welcome here.

Your Guide
This experience is led by Jackie Potter, NLP and ICF-certified coach and founder of JPotter Health.
With a background in science and years of experience working with stress and anxiety patterns, Jackie combines body-based awareness with guided coaching to create meaningful, lasting change.
Her work is grounded in the Reset Method, an approach she developed through both professional training and personal experience with anxiety.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behavior, the Reset Method works directly with how the body holds and processes stress—creating space for patterns to shift in a way that feels natural, not forced.

Final Close
If your body hasn’t caught up with your day yet…this is where that begins to change.

“These early sessions are intentionally limited as this experience begins to grow.”
