Individual Coaching at JPotter Health

When Stress Feels Personal and Persistent

Many people seek individual coaching not because something is “wrong,” but because something feels heavier than it should. You may be capable, responsible, and thoughtful, yet still feel overwhelmed, reactive, or exhausted by everyday demands. You may notice patterns that repeat despite insight or effort, or feel unsure why stress lingers even when circumstances improve.

Individual coaching at JPotter Health begins with understanding. Rather than focusing on fixing or pushing through, we explore how stress and anxiety are showing up in your nervous system and what support looks like for you. This work creates space to slow down, make sense of your experience, and reduce the pressure to perform or resolve everything at once.

If you are feeling stretched, uncertain, or disconnected from a steadier sense of calm, you are not alone. This work meets you where you are.

How Individual Coaching Works

Individual coaching is a collaborative process grounded in nervous system awareness, regulation, and education. Sessions are structured enough to feel supportive, yet flexible enough to respond to what is present in real time.

Together, we focus on understanding stress responses, identifying patterns that contribute to overwhelm, and developing practical tools that support regulation in daily life. This may include building awareness around triggers, reducing reactivity, strengthening emotional resilience, and creating more sustainable ways of responding to pressure.

My work is informed by International Coaching Federation standards, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, somatic awareness, and evidence-informed approaches to stress and nervous system regulation. You do not need to understand these frameworks or prepare in advance. They simply guide how I listen, ask questions, and support change in a way that feels ethical, grounded, and respectful.

This is not therapy, treatment, or diagnosis. Coaching focuses on present-day patterns, self-awareness, and forward movement while honoring the nervous system’s need for safety and pacing

Who This Work Is For and What Comes Next

Individual coaching is for people who want support that feels thoughtful and human. It is for those who want to understand their responses rather than judge them, and who are open to learning how regulation can change the way stress is experienced.

You do not need to be in crisis to begin. Many clients start coaching during transitions, periods of increased responsibility, or moments when something simply feels off. Curiosity, discomfort, or a desire for steadier footing is enough.

Coaching Sessions and What to Expect

Individual coaching sessions are offered in a 45-minute format designed to support focus, regulation, and meaningful integration. Sessions are structured to allow us to work deeply without pushing past what is supportive.
The investment for individual coaching is $75 per 45-minute session.

Coaching is typically scheduled on a consistent basis, though frequency is shaped by individual needs and capacity. There is no long-term commitment required, and we can revisit pacing as needed.

Before scheduling a conversation, it may be helpful to reflect on a few questions. These are not requirements, just gentle points of orientation.
You may find this work supportive if you are open to slowing down, noticing patterns, and building understanding over time. You do not need to have a clear goal, but a willingness to reflect and engage thoughtfully is important.

You may want to pause or explore other options if the cost feels like it would create additional stress, or if you are looking for immediate solutions or directive advice. This work is most effective when it feels sustainable and accessible for you.

If you are wondering whether individual coaching is the right next step, you are welcome to explore further or ask questions before deciding.
