I created JPotter Health for people who want support that feels steady, informed, and human.
My own path into this work began through lived experience with anxiety, stress, and overwhelm, and grew into a deep commitment to understanding how nervous systems respond under pressure. Today, I bring together extensive coaching training, science-based education, and nearly 20 certifications across coaching, stress, regulation, and related modalities to help individuals, workplaces, and pet caregivers move forward with more clarity and less reactivity.
