The Hidden Patterns of Stress A Reset Room Experience

The Hidden Patterns of Stress: A Reset Room Experience

After the first Reset Room, I couldn't stop thinking about what happened.
Not because anyone shared something dramatic.
Actually, it was the opposite.
The room became quieter. Softer. Calmer.
People arrived carrying the same things many of us carry every day:
Responsibilities. Mental load. Decisions. Pressure.
The constant feeling of needing to stay on top of everything.
And for a little while, they didn't have to hold any of it alone.
That experience confirmed something I've suspected for a long time.
Many people aren't looking for more information about stress.
They already know they're stressed.
They've read the books.
Listened to the podcasts.
Tried the apps.
Learned the techniques.
What they're missing is a place to actually step out of it.

A place where nothing is expected of them.
No cameras. No introductions. No pressure to participate. No expectation to explain how they're doing.
Just space.

The Reset Room is a live, guided experience designed to help your mind and body come out of that constant state of "on."
Not by forcing relaxation. Not by asking you to share your story.
But by gently working with the patterns your nervous system may still be carrying long after your day has ended.

Inside the Reset Room, I'll guide you through a simple experience that includes:
• A relatable reflection or story
• Gentle nervous system and body-awareness practices
• Small shifts designed to help release mental and physical tension
• Quiet space for integration and settling
Nothing complicated. Nothing to perform. Nothing you have to get right. Just an opportunity to let your system exhale.

This Month's Theme:
You Don't Have to Hold Everything Alone
Many of us carry more than anyone realizes.
We manage responsibilities. Support others. Solve problems. Keep moving.
And over time, we begin to believe we have to carry all of it by ourselves.
This month's Reset Room explores what happens when we stop gripping so tightly and allow ourselves to set some of that weight down.
Even briefly.

What This Is Becoming
When I created the first Reset Room, I thought I was creating an event.
Now I think I'm creating something else.
A place people can return to when life feels loud.
A place where nothing is required.
A place where people can simply be human for a little while.
The structure will continue to evolve as the Reset Room grows.
Not because the foundation isn't clear.
But because the most meaningful spaces are shaped by the people who step into them.
Every session teaches me something.
Every participant helps reveal what this space is meant to become.
And I believe we're only at the beginning.

Your Guide
The Reset Room is led by Jackie Potter, NLP and ICF-certified coach and founder of JPotter Health.
Drawing from a background in science, coaching, and personal experience with anxiety, Jackie developed the Reset Method to help people work with stress at the nervous system level—not just think about it.
Her approach combines body awareness, coaching principles, and practical nervous system regulation tools to help create meaningful and lasting change.
Because sometimes the most powerful shift isn't learning something new.
It's finally giving yourself permission to set something down.

Spaces are intentionally limited as this experience begins to grow.”
