The Hidden Patterns of Stress
A Reset Room Experience

She didn’t notice it at first.
It wasn’t something obvious.
There was no big moment where everything felt like too much.
There was no big moment where everything felt like too much.
The day had gone fine.
She handled what needed to be handled.
Conversations were had. Tasks were checked off.
She handled what needed to be handled.
Conversations were had. Tasks were checked off.
But later that night, sitting in the quiet,
something still felt… active.
something still felt… active.
Her shoulders hadn’t dropped.
Her jaw was still holding.
Her mind kept scanning, like there was something left to solve.
Her jaw was still holding.
Her mind kept scanning, like there was something left to solve.
Nothing was wrong.
But nothing had fully settled either.
But nothing had fully settled either.
This is where most people stay.
Not overwhelmed enough to stop.
Not calm enough to feel at ease.
Not calm enough to feel at ease.
Just… slightly on. All the time.
This Is What The Reset Room Is Designed For
Not the big breakdown.
The subtle, ongoing patterns your body carries
long after the day is over.
long after the day is over.
The Reset Room is a guided experience designed to help your body begin to settle by working directly with those patterns.
We start with small, physical shifts, subtle enough to feel safe,
but specific enough to create change.
but specific enough to create change.
As your body begins to settle, you’ll be guided through deeper layers of what it’s been holding—allowing patterns to shift naturally.
You are not here to learn something.
You are here to feel something shift.
You are here to feel something shift.
What Happens Inside the Room
You’ll be guided through an experience where:
- Your body begins to soften without forcing it
- Your breathing naturally slows
- The internal “scanning” starts to quiet
- You feel more settled than when you arrived
There is nothing to perform.
Nothing to share unless you want to.
Nothing to share unless you want to.
Most people don’t leave thinking,
“That was a breakthrough.”
“That was a breakthrough.”
They leave thinking,
“I feel different… and I didn’t have to try so hard.”
“I feel different… and I didn’t have to try so hard.”
Why People Come Back
Because this doesn’t happen once.
Each time, your body reveals something new it’s been holding.
Each time, the shift goes a little deeper.
Each time, the shift goes a little deeper.
This Experience Is For You If
- Your day ends, but your body doesn’t
- You carry tension without realizing it
- You are used to pushing through but it’s catching up
- You want something that actually helps your system settle

Your Guide
This experience is led by Jackie Potter, NLP and ICF-certified coach and founder of JPotter Health.
With a background in science and years of experience working with stress and anxiety patterns, Jackie combines body-based awareness with guided coaching to create meaningful, lasting change.
Her work is grounded in the Reset Method, an approach she developed through both professional training and personal experience with anxiety.
Rather than focusing only on thoughts or behavior, the Reset Method works directly with how the body holds and processes stress—creating space for patterns to shift in a way that feels natural, not forced.
