What This Experience Is
The Reset Room is a guided experience designed to help your body begin to settle by working directly with the patterns it has been holding.
It is designed to help your body begin to settle by working directly with the patterns it has been holding throughout the day.
We begin with subtle, physical awareness with small, intentional shifts that allow your body to recognize it is safe to let go.
As your body begins to settle, you’ll be guided through deeper layers of what it’s been holding, allowing patterns to shift naturally.

This is not about learning techniques you try later.
This is about your body shifting while you are in the room.
